# Collecurate URL: https://collecurate.withersco.workers.dev ## About URL: https://collecurate.withersco.workers.dev/about What Collecurate does and how it works — collect everyone's photos, curate them together, and keep the result in your own cloud storage. # About WHAT WE DO ## A place for everyone's photos to land Collecurate is a photo collection and curation tool. Send out one link or a QR code, and anyone can add their photos — no account, no app, just a first name. You review what comes in, choose the best of it, and put it in order, on your own or with co-curators you invite. The finished set becomes a slideshow and a collection you keep. ![A place for everyone's photos to land](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) HOW WE DO IT ## Built on your own storage, from the first upload Every collection lives in your own Google Drive from the moment it's created, with Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive on paid plans. Contributors upload straight into it, duplicates and quality issues get flagged automatically, and co-curators can help sort without touching your settings. The end result — every photo collected and curated — sits in your own cloud storage, not ours. We give you the tools, you keep the results. ![Built on your own storage, from the first upload](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER ## Why 'Commemorate' After my wife passed away, I wanted people to send me photos of her — partly for a funeral slideshow, and partly because I simply wanted more pictures of her than I had. That need stuck with me: one simple way to gather everyone's photos into one place, from people who don't share an app or a platform. When I built a proof of concept to test the idea, I was surprised by how far the tools had come, and kept going. That's how Collecurate came to be — and why memorials are the app's default kind of collection.— Raph, founder ![Why 'Commemorate'](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. Any group photo collection, really. Two of the most common cases are [memorials](/memorials), where family and friends send through photos of someone loved, and [weddings and events](/weddings-and-events), where guests share what they captured on the day. But the same tool works for [reunions, parties and milestones](/events), an ongoing [trip collection](/roam), team photos, or any time you need images from a group of people in one place. Do contributors need to download an app or create an account? No. Anyone you send the link or QR code to can upload directly from their phone or computer with just a first name. There's nothing to install and nothing to sign up for. Where do the photos actually go? Straight into your own cloud storage. Google Drive is available on the free plan, while Amazon S3, Dropbox, and Microsoft OneDrive are available on paid tiers. Collecurate only ever sees the folder you choose, and your photos live in your storage, not ours. How many photos or people can it handle? There's no arbitrary limit imposed by Collecurate. The only ceiling is your own storage capacity, and the curation workspace is built to stay usable even with thousands of photos to sort through. ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. A link or QR code works for everyone, technical or not. It's the same approach that powers [group photo collection](/collect-photos-from-a-group) for any occasion. * Works for any size gathering, from a small family dinner to a full reunion * No accounts or apps required, so it works across every generation * Photos live in your own storage, never made public * Nothing is deleted by default, so the collection is still there for next time * A built-in guestbook lets people leave a memory alongside their photos ![Built for events where not everyone shares an app or a phone number](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. All stored in your own cloud, never ours. # Features COLLECT ## Getting photos in is the easy part Send one link (or a QR code) and let people add their photos, no account required. ### Link and QR code entry Share a single link or a scannable QR code and contributors are straight into the upload screen. ### No account needed to contribute Contributors add a first name and start uploading, no password, no app, no sign-up. ### Anonymous contribution option If the collector allows it, photos can be added without even a name attached. ### No arbitrary file-size limits Upload full-resolution photos straight from a phone or camera. The only ceiling is your own storage, not a limit we impose. ### Contributor captions Contributors can add a short caption to their photos as they upload, so the story stays attached to the image. ### Per-person limits Collectors can cap how many photos each contributor sends, keeping things manageable for larger events. CURATE ## Sort through everything in one place A workspace built for reviewing, selecting and ordering thousands of photos without losing your place. ### Review workspace See every submission in one place and work through them at your own pace. ### Bulk selection tools Select, approve or set aside groups of photos at once instead of clicking through one by one. ### Drag-and-drop ordering Arrange the final set into the order you want with a simple drag and drop. ### Co-curators Invite others by email to help sort photos alongside you; their actions are logged, and they can't change settings or delete anything. ### Automatic duplicate detection Collecurate flags likely duplicates so you're not sorting the same photo twice. ### Quality warnings Blurry or low-resolution photos are flagged before they make it into your final set. ### Sort by date photo was taken Order the review workspace by when each photo was actually taken, not when it was uploaded. COMMEMORATE ## Turn the collection into something to share Bring the finished set to life as a slideshow, a downloadable offline show, or a filed-away album. It's the format families lean on for [memorial slideshows](/memorials) and couples use for their [wedding photo collection](/weddings-and-events). ### Slideshow with transitions Play the finished set full-screen with smooth transitions and captions. ### Fit-to-time mode Set a total run time and the slideshow paces itself to fit, built for a eulogy or speech slot. ### Offline export with your own music Download a self-contained slideshow that runs from a laptop or USB stick with no internet and no account needed, add your own music before it's played. ### Guestbook notes page Each contributor can leave one note alongside their photos, collected into a guestbook page you keep. ### Final album filed into your own Drive File the finished, ordered set into a final album in your own Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. STORAGE & PRIVACY ## It's your storage, your data, your call Collecurate works inside cloud storage you already own, and only ever sees what you choose to share with it. ### Bring your own storage Connect Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive, or Amazon S3, and your photos live there from the start. ### Scoped folder access only Collecurate can only see the one folder you choose, nothing else in your account. ### Contributor privacy Contributors can only see and manage what they personally uploaded, never anyone else's photos. ### Full data export Captions, notes, contributor credits and ordering export as a data file that stays available even after you stop paying. ### Nothing deleted by default Collections are closed, not archived or deleted, so your work is still there when you need it again. ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. They're short on time, and a way to gather them from everyone who has one. It's the same tool families use directly for [memorial photo collections](/memorials), so there's nothing unfamiliar if they've seen it before. * Printed QR cards you can bring to a planning meeting or the service itself * Fit-to-time mode matches the slideshow to your eulogy or service slot * Offline slideshow runs from a laptop or USB stick, no internet or account needed * Photos stay in the family's own storage, never made public * A bulk option is planned for celebrants who want to offer this across many services ![A genuine help, not an upsell](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) FAQ ## Questions people ask Do I need to set anything up for the family? No. You can share a link or hand over a printed QR card, and the family (or a co-curator) takes it from there. You're welcome to be added as a co-curator yourself if you'd rather stay involved. Who actually owns the photos? The family does. Collections live in the collector's own Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive, never on Collecurate's servers, and are never made public. Can the slideshow really match our service time exactly? Yes. The fit-to-time mode adjusts the show to run to a set length, useful when a eulogy or the whole service is on a strict schedule. What if I work with a lot of families and want to offer this regularly? A bulk option for celebrants offering Collecurate as part of their regular service is being worked out. It's the same tool used directly for [memorial photo collections](/memorials), so it's already familiar to many of the families you serve. * Printed QR cards for the family to hand out or display, no app or account needed to contribute * Photos stay in the family's own storage, never made public * A guestbook alongside the photos, so contributors can leave a note or memory * Fit-to-time mode times the slideshow to the service or eulogy slot * The offline keepsake copy runs anywhere, for the family to keep long after the service ![One less thing for a family to organise](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) FAQ ## Questions people ask How do we offer this to families without adding to our own workload? You share one link or QR card at the first meeting, the family takes it from there. There's nothing for your staff to manage day to day, and contributions and curation happen on the family's own time. Who owns the photos and the collection? The family does. Collections live in the family's own Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive, never on Collecurate's own servers, and Collecurate can only see the one folder they choose. Can we offer this across many families, not just one at a time? If your funeral home is arranging this for a number of families, a business option is being worked out. Get in touch at [hello@collecurate.com](mailto:hello@collecurate.com) to talk through what that could look like for you. What if a family isn't comfortable with technology? Contributing needs nothing more than tapping a link or scanning a QR code and adding a first name, no account, no app, no password. It's built so the least tech-comfortable relative can still send in a photo. ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. [Start a collection now](https://app.collecurate.com) --- ## How It Works URL: https://collecurate.withersco.workers.dev/how-it-works See how Collecurate turns a link into a curated collection: contributors upload photos, you review and order them, then export a slideshow or final album. # How It Works STEP 1 ## Collect Send a link or QR code and photos start arriving. Contributors don't need an account, an app, or a password — just a first name, so you know who sent what. Email is optional, only useful if someone wants to come back and add more later. If you'd rather keep it informal, you can allow anonymous contribution too, so nobody has to give a name at all. ![Collect](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) STEP 2 ## Curate Everything lands in a review workspace built to handle thousands of photos without slowing down. Select in bulk, drag to reorder, and sort by the date a photo was actually taken rather than when it was uploaded. Automatic duplicate detection and quality warnings flag the ones worth a second look. If you want help, invite co-curators by email — their actions are logged, and they can sort and select but can't touch settings or delete anything. ![Curate](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) STEP 3 ## Commemorate Turn the final selection into a full-screen slideshow with captions and transitions, including a mode that fits the whole show into a set time — handy for a eulogy or speech slot. Download a self-contained offline version that plays from a laptop or USB stick with no internet and no account, set to the family's own music. Every contributor can leave one note alongside their photos too, gathered into a guestbook, and the finished set can be saved as a ZIP or filed into a final album in your own storage. ![Commemorate](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) FAQ ## Questions people ask Is this just a shared Google Drive folder? No. Collecurate stores your collection in Google Drive, but a shared folder alone would let every contributor see every other contributor's photos. Collecurate keeps each person's uploads private to them, adds link and QR code collection, a full curation workspace for reviewing and ordering photos, a guestbook for notes, and slideshow output — none of which a folder gives you on its own. Do people need an account to send photos? No. A link or QR code and a first name is all it takes — no app, no password, no sign-up. Email is optional, and only useful if someone wants to return later to add more photos. Can contributors see each other's photos? No. Even though everything lives in the collector's own storage, contributors can only see and manage what they personally uploaded — never anyone else's images. Do you keep our photos? Your photos live in your own storage, not ours — Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive, depending on what you connect. Collecurate can only see the folder you choose, your photos are never made public, and we don't keep copies of them ourselves. What happens if I stop paying? You keep viewing, downloading and exporting everything. Collecurate is built so an ended subscription never locks you out of your own collection — captions, notes, contributor credits and ordering export as a data file that stays available, because we give you the tools and you keep the results. ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. If you're a funeral celebrant or funeral home helping a family through this, see how [funeral celebrants](/funeral-celebrants) and [funeral homes](/funeral-homes) use Collecurate as part of their service. * Printed QR cards for the service — no app, no account, just a scan * A guestbook alongside the photos, so people can leave a memory or message * Fit-to-time mode times the slideshow to a eulogy or speech slot * The offline copy runs from a laptop or USB stick, with your own music, forever * Nothing is deleted by default — the collection stays yours to revisit ![A keepsake, not just a slideshow](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. Add photos from your own phone or invite travel companions to contribute theirs, and everything lands in your own Google Drive from day one, no waiting until you're home to start pulling everything together. ![Your trip photos, gathered as you go — not sorted out months later](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) COLLECT ## Add photos as the trip happens Send yourself the link, or share it with whoever you're travelling with. Come back to it between legs of the trip, remove the duplicates and blurry shots, and keep it tidy as you go rather than facing a backlog when you're home. ![A rolling collection, not a one-off](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) COMMEMORATE ## A travel journal you can look back on Turn the trip into a slideshow whenever you're ready, or just keep it as a running album in your own Google Drive. A simple add-on to your celebrant service, no build cost to you. # For Wedding Celebrants FOR MARRIAGE CELEBRANTS ## A small thing that makes your service feel complete Couples choose a celebrant for how the day feels, not just the paperwork. Offer to set up an easy way for their guests to share ceremony photos, and you've added something memorable to your package without writing a line of code or hosting anything yourself. ![A small thing that makes your service feel complete](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) COLLECT ## Hand over a QR code, that's it You set up the collection once and give the couple a QR code to print on the order of service or put on the tables. Guests scan it and send in their ceremony photos with just a first name, no app or account needed. ![Hand over a QR code, that's it](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) CURATE ## The couple sorts it after the day Once the photos are in, the couple (or you, as an offered extra) reviews everything in one workspace, clears out duplicates and blurry shots, and puts the best ones in order. Nothing needs sorting on the day itself. ![The couple sorts it after the day](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) COMMEMORATE ## A keepsake with your name on it The couple ends up with a slideshow they'll actually watch again, playable offline from a laptop or USB with their own music. A thoughtful finishing touch to the ceremony you led, and a couple who remembers who arranged it. ![A keepsake with your name on it](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) WHY CELEBRANTS OFFER IT ## A differentiator when couples are comparing celebrants You already build a relationship with couples before the day. Offering to set up their photo collection is a small, concrete thing that sets your service apart when they're deciding who to book. See it from the couple's side on our [wedding photo collection](/weddings-and-events) page. * No build cost to you, Collecurate does the hosting and the work * Photos stay in the couple's own storage, never made public * The couple keeps a downloadable offline slideshow long after the day * Nothing is deleted by default, so it's still there if they want it later * A subscription or bulk option is planned, so you're not buying one collection at a time across every wedding ![A differentiator when couples are comparing celebrants](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) FAQ ## Questions people ask Does this cost the couple anything? That's between you and the couple. Some celebrants may choose to fold it into their package, others may pass on the cost. Collecurate doesn't set that part, pricing details are still being finalised on our side too. Do I need to manage the collection myself? No. You can set it up and hand it straight to the couple to curate, or offer to do the curating yourself as part of your service. You can also be added as a co-curator without taking on any of the account settings. Can I white-label it or brand it as part of my service? Not at the moment. There's no white-labelling option today, though it's a fair question and one we're keeping in mind. Can I offer this across multiple weddings without setting it up from scratch each time? Yes, that's the idea. Rather than treating each wedding as a one-off, a subscription or bulk option is planned so you can offer this to every couple you marry without extra admin each time. ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. [Start a collection now](https://app.collecurate.com) --- ## Wedding Venues URL: https://collecurate.withersco.workers.dev/wedding-venues Give every couple a way to collect every guest's wedding photos. A simple add-on for your wedding package that couples remember and mention. # Wedding Venues FOR WEDDING VENUES ## Every wedding you host has dozens of cameras you never see again Guests take hundreds of photos on their own phones, and most of them never reach the couple. Offer Collecurate as part of your wedding package, and every guest's photos get collected in one place, without your team doing anything on the day beyond putting out a QR code. ![Every wedding you host has dozens of cameras you never see again](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) COLLECT ## Part of the setup, not extra work Add a QR code to the tables, the guestbook table, or the entrance as part of your normal room setup. Guests scan it and upload straight from their phone with just a first name, no app, no account, nothing for your staff to manage during the reception. ![Part of the setup, not extra work](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) CURATE ## The couple takes it from here After the day, the couple reviews everything that came in, removes duplicates and blurry shots, and puts the rest in order. Offer curation as a paid add-on service if you'd like to do the sorting for them, or leave it entirely in their hands. ![The couple takes it from here](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) COMMEMORATE ## A keepsake with your venue in it The couple gets a slideshow and a downloadable keepsake built from photos they'd otherwise have never seen. You get a memorable touch that shows up in reviews and gets mentioned to the next couple comparing venues. ![A keepsake with your venue in it](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) A DIFFERENTIATOR WHEN COUPLES ARE COMPARING VENUES ## One more reason to book with you Couples weighing up venues remember the ones that thought of something the others didn't. A guest photo collection is a small addition to the package that says you've thought about the whole day, not just the room. Couples can see [how the collection works](/weddings-and-events) from their side before the big day. * Set up once per wedding, no ongoing work for your staff * Offer it as a package inclusion or a paid add-on, your call * Venues running weddings regularly can look at a subscription or bulk arrangement rather than paying per event * Photos land in the couple's own storage, never made public and never yours to manage * No extra hardware needed, a printed or table-top QR code is enough ![One more reason to book with you](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) FAQ ## Questions people ask Does our venue need to do anything on the wedding day itself? Not really. A QR code on the tables or at the entrance is enough for guests to start uploading. There's no app for your staff to run and no equipment beyond the printed code. Who owns the photos, us or the couple? The couple. Collections live in the couple's own cloud storage, and only they (and anyone they invite as a co-curator) can curate the final set. The venue never holds or manages the photos. Can we offer this to every couple we host, not just one wedding? Yes. Venues hosting weddings regularly can look at a subscription or bulk arrangement instead of setting each couple up individually. Do guests need to download an app to contribute photos? No. Guests scan the QR code and upload from their phone's browser with just a first name. No account, no password, no app. ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos. [Start a collection now](https://app.collecurate.com) --- ## Weddings & Events URL: https://collecurate.withersco.workers.dev/weddings-and-events Collect wedding photos from every guest with one QR code. No app for guests, no chasing photos after — just upload, curate, and keep. # Weddings & Events WEDDINGS & EVENTS ## Every guest has a phone full of photos get them all in one place Put a QR code on the tables and every guest can add their photos in seconds, no app or account needed. You (or a co-curator) go through everything after the big day, keep the best, and put together a set the two of you actually want to look back on. ![Every guest has a phone full of photos

Guests scan it, add a first name, and upload straight from their phone, no app to download and nothing to sign up for. ![One code, every guest's camera roll](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) CURATE ## Sort it out once the dust settles There's no rush on the day itself. When you're ready, review everything in one workspace, remove duplicates and blurry shots, and drag the rest into the order that tells the story properly. Bring in a co-curator, like a bridesmaid or parent, if you'd rather share the job. ![Sort it out once the dust settles](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) COMMEMORATE ## A keepsake worth keeping Play the finished slideshow at the reception or save it for an anniversary catch-up. The downloadable version runs offline from a laptop or USB, set to your own music, so it's ready whenever you want to watch it again. ![A keepsake worth keeping](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) FOR CELEBRANTS & VENUES ## A thoughtful extra for the couples you work with Celebrants and venues can offer Collecurate as a simple add-on, a way to give couples every guest photo without anyone chasing camera rolls after the fact. See how [wedding celebrants](/wedding-celebrants) and [wedding venues](/wedding-venues) offer it as part of their own service. * Easy to offer alongside your own services, no setup required from the couple * Offline keepsake slideshow plays anywhere, set to the couple's own music * Guestbook notes collect a message from each guest alongside their photos * Nothing is deleted by default, so the collection is still there for anniversaries * Photos stay in the couple's own storage, never made public ![A thoughtful extra for the couples you work with](/images/vectors/placeholder.svg) ## Start your first collection free One link or a QR code is all it takes to start gathering everyone's photos.
