No. Collecurate stores your collection in Google Drive, but a shared folder alone would let every contributor see every other contributor's photos. Collecurate keeps each person's uploads private to them, adds link and QR code collection, a full curation workspace for reviewing and ordering photos, a guestbook for notes, and slideshow output — none of which a folder gives you on its own.

No. A link or QR code and a first name is all it takes — no app, no password, no sign-up. Email is optional, and only useful if someone wants to return later to add more photos.

No. Even though everything lives in the collector's own storage, contributors can only see and manage what they personally uploaded — never anyone else's images.

Your photos live in your own storage, not ours — Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive, depending on what you connect. Collecurate can only see the folder you choose, your photos are never made public, and we don't keep copies of them ourselves.

You keep viewing, downloading and exporting everything. Collecurate is built so an ended subscription never locks you out of your own collection — captions, notes, contributor credits and ordering export as a data file that stays available, because we give you the tools and you keep the results.
